Joe is very personable. On the Rocks is a very chill place. I would recommend to anyone.

Person who answered the phone when I called to check their hours told me they had hookers, heroin,and crack cocaine available, I was unimpressed by the stupidity of the bartender.

Little hole in the wall type bar with a rude owner. The prices on drinks aren't bad. The only nice people there is the bartender (female) and the dj that goes by Slappy Ramone. I came here personally for my friends and the dj, to have a good night out. But all in all, not somewhere I enjoy going to have fun.

This place was horrlble! The owner wouldnt even give me back my money from a drink i couldnt drink because his glass was broke all down the side. The bartender was going to pour it into another glass. No thank you.

It's definitely changed in the past 6 months. It used to be a very fun, carefree cranny bar - now there's lots of drama amongst both the bartenders and every last drinker in the joint. I was definitely not prepared to witness the crowd I walked in on tonight.
